Bahceyaka Housing

Suryapi Bahcekaya has designed for the different user groups with options, studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms apartment layout in total to be 327 apartments.50.000m2 building that rises over the ground level mass consists of 8 block. The big green area and the social zones in the mid part of the blocks and block types arranged in varying heights designed this way to create a silouhette and decrease the intensive construction m2 feeling.
